Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer is a whimsical musical based very closely on the 1964 Claymation television special. Among the named roles to be cast are Sam the Snowman (Burl Ives in the TV special), Santa and Mrs. Claus, Clarice, Hermey, Mr. & Mrs. Donner, Bumble the Abominable Snowman and of course, Rudolph! A large ensemble will be cast as elves, reindeer, human-operated puppets to play the Misfit Toys, and more! All gender representations are welcome for these roles. The audition process involves singing, reading from the script, and dance/movement. Those with dance experience and puppetry skills are highly encouraged to audition. There are no perusal scripts available, but helpful sides (sample script & music segments) will be posted at https://mctinc.org/audition/
