This position maintains tenant records, interviews new applicants and checks references, shows property to prospective renters, and updates waiting lists. The manager supervises, plans, and schedules maintenance work for repairs and turn-overs. A bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, social science or a related field, plus four years of experience in housing or a related field, is required.
