Long-term logging work is available in the Drummond area. It takes two years of experience for the line machine operator. It also requires reliable transportation to work and appropriate clothing for wet and cold weather. This job is full-time, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The employer is hiring immediately and pays depending on experience and ability. In addition to the same requirements as the line machine operator, log hookers must be in very good physical condition, be able to lift over 75 pounds regularly, and be able to climb up and down hillsides multiple times per day. The log hooker job pays $15 per hour for workers who will yard and load logs full-time.
