Missoula Businesswomen’s Network Annual Women’s Symposium Set to Draw Women from Across Montana
This year’s Women’s Symposium will be held 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the University Center at the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana.
Sarah Calhoun, founder of Red Ants Pants, will be the Women’s Symposium keynote speaker.
Sarah has a long list of impressive credentials. Just to mention a few, she is the 2012 National Women in Business Champion for the SBA, the 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year for the State of Montana, has been featured on the White House website, and was selected to attend a Forum on Jobs and Economic Development.
Red Ants Pants is based out of White Sulphur Springs, Montana where the storefront, distribution center, and international headquarters all reside in an historic saddle shop. Known for their grassroots marketing efforts, including “Tour de Pants,” the direct sales business model is proving effective, even in tough economic times.
There will be 13 local presenters putting on workshops focusing on personal and professional growth. There will also be 48 exhibitors showcasing their businesses during the event.
