As a Software Engineer, you will write and design requirements and code, write and conduct tests, document and maintain programs, including continuing updates of current programs. To apply for this position you must have at least 12 months experience in building maintenance with the skill to do minor work on plumbing, electrical, and painting. A local manufacturing company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative.
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months Customer Service experience. The position requires strong communication and computer skills and high attention to detail.
In addition, successful applicants must possess knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and Word. As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer multi-line incoming calls and relay messages when necessary. The successful candidate will also work with customers to resolve issues and explain products to customers.
Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will enter order information and refer clients to dealers when appropriate. The position requires both data entry and filing.
This job is on Mondays through Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The wage is $9.00 to $10.00 per hour to begin with and the employer offers health insurance, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, and profit sharing.
