I guess that the word is out on “Grip it and Rip it”. Over the past couple of days, I have received requests to get the word out on some local events related to golf that I wanted to pass along to my readers.
1. Golf Clubs & “Stuff” Sale
Ann Loughlin asked that I let my readers know about the GOLF CLUBS & “STUFF” SALE. If you have some golf gear that you are interested in selling or are looking to purchase new or used gear, this is the time. This will be held June 3-5 at the UM Golf Course Driving Range. For more details, please see the attached flyer.
2. Blain Lovell Benefit Golf Tournament
9am June 26th at King Ranch in Frenchtown
Blain Lovell is the cousin of a family friend. He is 27 and has cystic fibrosis. His twin brother Brandon passed away 8 years ago from the same disease. Blain has been in the hospital for over a month in Denver, CO awaiting a transplant and will remain long after the transplant is received.
